I had a chance to visit a wonderful estate in Palos Verdes Estates last night. This home is perched high above the city with views from Malibu to beyond downtown Los Angeles. Designed by noted Architect Tony Ashai. Tony Ashai practices architecture in many areas, including, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes Estates, and Rolling Hills areas of Southbay.
I have been asked to do all the table decorations for a fundraiser for the Palos Verdes Art Center. The theme for the party is Dancing with the Stars.
Nature should provide us with a great canopy of its own stars that night and I will do my best to garnish the tables with arsenal of black and silver. Because we are trying to raise as much money as possible for the art center, the budget is very low. So armed with the Art Centers left overs and lots of things from the Oriental Trading Company, my $500 total budget for 25 tables will need to be creative to say the least.
